Major Abhimanyu Kanwar is court-martialled by the army for disobeying orders to capture terrorists alive in Kashmir. Veda is the story of a Dalit girl who is abused and tortured by the upper caste. She wants to learn boxing to defend herself and her family. Abhimanyu Kanwar is accepted as an assistant boxing coach in a college in his wife’s city. His wife Rashi is killed by terrorists in Kashmir. Vedha’s brother fell in love with an upper-class girl and was killed for it.

Vedha’s sister was then burned alive while trying to flee the city to save her life. Vedha runs to her trainer Abhimanyu for protection, but he tells the village headman to protect her. They escape, killing many policemen and thugs on their way to the city court. Finally reaching the court, Vedha pleads her rights before the judge, who agrees. Major Abhimanyu is murdered in court.
